Step by step

Nothing plays
Test the same login in another player; if it also fails, the issue is your provider or connection, not the app.

Buffering
Try Settings → Network Optimization (custom DNS, retries), switch to a wired connection, or lower stream quality on the provider side.

Account errors
Expired/banned/connection-limit messages come from your provider — contact them.

Troubleshooting
- ⚠Error 451 — content blocked / unavailable for legal or regional reasons on the provider side.
- ⚠Error 407 — proxy authentication required; check your Network Optimization proxy settings.
- ⚠Error 458 — provider access issue; usually an account/host problem to raise with your provider.
