What to do when a channel or movie won’t play
Most playback problems come from the provider or the internet line — here is how to find out and fix it.
Step by step
- 1
Retry, then try another channel
On “Can’t play this channel”, press ◀ ▶ to “Retry”. If one channel fails but others play, that channel is down at your provider.
- 2
Check your internet
If nothing plays, open Settings › Network Optimization › “Run connection test”. It shows whether your internet, DNS, the server, your login and streams are reachable.
- 3
OneClickTV: switch server
Settings › Playlists shows every OneClickTV server and its status from your connection. Press OK on one that says “Online” — or “Check servers now”.
- 4
Blocked or slowed by your internet provider?
Turn on Settings › Network Optimization › “Improve streaming on a throttled connection” (OneClickTV customers), or try another DNS provider in the same page.
- 5
“Account Already In Use”
Your plan’s connection limit is reached. Close the app on your other devices (and stop recordings or Multi-view tiles), wait 1–3 minutes, then try again.
Tips & tricks
- Test the same login in another device or app: if it fails there too, contact your provider.
- Settings › Help & Diagnostics lists the last errors, and “Copy Support Info” copies them (without passwords) for support.
